In the June cycle, I worked on two of my cross stitch WIPS. The first was Joan Elliott’s Spring Fairy, which I was hoping to finish. Before (fabric color is off):

After:

You can see she’s almost done, missing some of the metallic stitches, a bit of the backstitch, and the beads. The materials to finish her are on order and supposedly shipped last week. I do intend to finish her by the end of the month- another 6 hours will probably do it.
I also worked on the Rose Fairy. From last time, it was complete except for the border and the backstitch (and there is a ton of backstitch). Before (fabric color is off):

After:

I am happy dancing! This is my 4th finish of the year, and to celebrate, I started a new project. The new one is stitched on over 2 on cashel linen (14 count) which seems positively huge after Rose Fairy (18 count). More on that next time.
