I wanted to stitch a smaller project for Halloween and this pattern fit perfectly on a fat eighth of stash fabric.  It was a very fun stitch, as all the little details quickly emerged.   I love the words all around the perimeter: creepy crawly / tricky treaty / ghostly ghouly / scary spooky / funky freaky/ squirmy squishy / hazy crazy.

The fabric is a grey/brown mottled opalsescent (sparkly!)  Perfect for a Halloween design IMO, with a foggy night sort of feeling.

My favorite detail is the little black cat saying “meow”.  I also like the flock of bats, and dangling spiders.  It’s not my usual style, but I like the cuteness.  This is my first Imaginating project, but certainly not the last!

That turned out so well! The fabric is perfect for it. Congrats on your Autumn Fairy finish, too!
