SAL via Crossed Stitches
This month I spent a whole week (7 days) on the 12 Days of Christmas.
I finished the swan block, stitched the maid a-milking and the lady dancing, worked the side borders downwards, stitched all the gold metallic borders around those areas and started backstitching. I finished the red and green (borders, numbers, and words) and completed the black for the goose, partridge, and swan blocks. I also started the bottom border and outlines for the final 3 blocks.
I’m glad I spent a week to give this project a boost in effort. Though I did not quite meet my lofty goals for the week, I can finally see the end in sight. Hopefully I can finish in October or November.
After that I picked up my Dancer WIP. Here is my start from Stitch Maynia (2 days of work).

He is stitched on 32 count opalescent belfast in “Pewter” (light grey) by Picture this Plus. Despite a brief loss of stitchy mojo, I got back on the horse and finished him! Will share FO pics soon.
