Christmas Stitching SAL via Crossed Stitches

This month my 2 days effort on 12 Days of Christmas by Joan Elliott were spent backstitching.  I completed the backstitch for the maid and the lady, then did the black for the lord, piper, and drummer, and green for the border.  I had a little bit leftover of the green thread on my needle so I stitched “drumming”.   I also worked on Donner.  All the cross stitch is complete and I began the backstitching.

In the next month, I hope I can finish Donner.  I will also spend a few days on 12 Days, planning to stitch the gold metallic borders and maybe do some more backstitching.
