2017 was a good year for finishes (24 total).  Honestly I’m not sure I will ever finish so many in a year again since I want to focus more on big projects in the future.

Ornament finishes (8) included: Christmas Festoon, Noel Biscornu, Be Jolly Ornie, Be Merry, Patriotic Star, Green/ Gold Hardanger, Seraphina, Wagon

Smallish (6): Tree Farm, For Fox Sake, Toy ShopDasher, Bookseller, Apothecary

Medium(2):  Cookies for Santa, Remember

Large (8): Earth Goddess, Summer Bellpulll, Aphrodite, The Castle, Snowman & Friends Stocking, Fire Goddess, I Am a Stitcher, Titania

It’s the holiday season, let’s have some pie!

As you can see, more than half of finishes were either smalls or ornies.  I’m not quite satisfied with that ratio.

And now for the pretty pics!  (click to enlarge)  Projects appear left to right as listed above.

I’m happy with my finishes… but I have a couple big WIPs that I had planned to finish in December.  The stitchy time just wasn’t there so they will be carried over.  Stay tuned for the 2018 WIPocalypse post… TBP January 7th!

Finish Pie! My favourite flavour! I need to go and do a Finish Pie now.
I had a lot fewer finishes this year as I focused on the larger projects. Next year should be the same if I stick to my goals.

Wow, that’s a lot! I suppose it’s quite natural that a lot of finishes are smaller…those large projects can take forever. Although with your fiery needles, not so long after all!
